Jesse and Fliss lead Foundation Church together.
Jesse is passionate about the advancement of the Kingdom of God through the faithful preaching of the Gospel, teaching the Scriptures, and equipping believers for mature, Spirit-empowered life and ministry.
Fliss has a deep love for God and brings warmth, encouragement, and wisdom into the leadership of the Church, and serves as a strong example to women who desire to love God, and faithfully serve their families and communities. Fliss also has a clear calling in worship leading which is a real blessing to the Church.
Together, Jesse and Fliss are committed to serving God side by side and seeing people come to faith in Jesus Christ. Fliss contributes discernment, wisdom, and pastoral insight into the direction and culture of Foundation Church, helping shape a healthy and Christ-centred community.
As a family, they are intentionally raising their four children to know, love, and serve God, believing that discipleship begins in the home.

Jeremy Goodman

Executive Pastor & Elder, Treasurer & Trustee.
Jeremy has been a Christian for over 20 Years. His practical and organized nature are great assets to the ministry and his zeal for the Lord is noticable.
Jeremy believes that as a pastor his role is to love and journey with people, and to see them built up in the truth of God’s Word. Jeremy longs to see the Word preached and the church grow to be more like Christ.
His passion is to see the church following God’s Word and for that same word to be received by many in this nation.
Josh Cargill

Youth Pastor
Josh came to us with over a decade of experience in youth ministry and small group teaching within the local church.
“My passion is discipleship — getting students into the Word of God and helping them see how it speaks to every part of their lives. I want our youth to feel like family: a place of real fellowship, honest conversations, solid Bible teaching, and support when life gets hard.”
Married to Jerusha for 8 years and with two young children (soon to be three), Josh carries a strong sense of calling to invest in the next generation.

Sue Wills
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Prayer and Intercession Ministry Leader
Sue has been married to Richard for 53 years and is a proud mother of 2 sons and grandmother to 2 amazing grandsons. She has a heart for prayer and is a passionate worshipper, lover, and follower of Jesus, who has a heart to see God‘s people grow into the fullness of their true identity as sons and daughters of Father God in Him.
Sue and Richard are an awesome part of the Foundation Family and Core Team.
Will Kiesanowski
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Trustee
Will is a father, husband, business owner, sound money advocate and passionate servant of the Lord. Having lived as an unbeliever for the majority of his life, Will knows the joy and fulfilment of a personal relationship with Jesus.
Will and his wife share the testimoney that they weren’t even looking for God when they encourntered the love, peace and joy that can only come from knowing Jesus.
Will is passionate about reading and teaching God's Word, and also doing his best to listen to the promptings of the Holy Spirit.
Since coming to Christ, Will has seen a transformation in his business towards a Kingdom focus, seeing his business as an avenue to spread the good news.
